Hemantha Harischandra is a is a results oriented development and business sector professional with over 15 years of management and practical field based experience in working with international and national NGOs such as GTZ, Care International, Plan International, Berendina Employment Centre (Gte) Ltd in Sri Lanka. He is a Project Management expert and has excellent technical knowledge and practical experience in designing Livelihoods and business development programs for vulnerable communities, Youth development, Climate change, Water and sanitation, Gender and development. He has ample experience conducting qualitative, qualitative studies, business development, SME development, Project Designing, Monitoring and Evaluation. He is currently working as a General Manager in Berendina group and giving strategic leadership to Employment Services which targets the Skill development of youth. He holds a B.Sc, Agriculture Degree and M.Sc in Agriculture from Post graduate Institute of Peradeiya .
