Eroshan Alagaretnam is a development professional and freelance consultant in Project Management, Strategic Planning and M&E over 13 years. Worked with CARE, ChildFund, Practical Action and donor agencies such as UNICEF, USAID and DFAT as M&E professional for Skills Development, Economic Development, Market Development, Civil Society Strengthening, Livelihoods and Gender and Development Programs and formulated excellent M&E systems that capture learnings, tracking progress and outcome of the projects/programs in an effective manner. Also Ensured that the MEL systems are supporting to the management and stakeholders to make evidence based decision to guide program implementation.
